Drilling Activities
Drilling teams are always here to meet your services on their time. they will focus on achieving productive drilling results and the constant drilling rate required by the client. We always cooperate with your exploration teams, providing information on changing ground conditions, and are flexible to adapt to changes in drilling programs as per the client’s changing needs. Exploration drilling rigs; The ISK drilling fleet consists of one Reverse Circulation Drilling rig (RC) and two Diamond Drilling rigs (DD) from the world market leader “EPIROC” a Swedish manufacturer.

2 Diamond Drilling rigs “Christensen 140”
- Hole size: B, N, H, and P
- Hole depth depends on the hole size and can be 1,536 m depth with the B size and 1,211 m depth with N size.
- Wireline drilling method
- Production: Around 15 – 20 meters/ shift
- Large core samples, a gear-driven rotation unit, and a constant penetration rate enable the Christensen 140 to boost productivity and profits.
- Christensen 140 naturally meets the most recent European EN 16228 safety requirements with clever features such as a safety guard with an interlock function that automatically stops the rig when activated
- Hands-free rod-tripping
- High productivity through a new two-gear rotation unit which allows increased time between overhauls with minimal maintenance
- High-efficiency thanks to a sturdy mast capable of handling 6-meter core barrels
